Harford Sports Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony

On Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at the Maryland Golf and Country Clubs, HSHC will formally induct athletes, coaches and administrators into the Harford Sports Hall of Fame!
Timeline
- 5PM-6PM: VIP cocktail hour for Inductees and their plus one, Sponsors, Board of Trustees, and sports committee members.
- 6:00PM: Entire Maryland Room open to all the guests. Tables with seating for 8.
- 6:30PM: Guests take their seats for dinner.
- 7:00PM: Dinner Buffet to open.
- 7:30PM: Video of all inductees to start once every table has been to buffet.
- 8:15PM: Inductees to be given award and thank you speech.
- 9:00PM: Event Concludes

- Frank Dagostin – 40-year Bel Air and Harford County Parks and Recreation coach, administrator and co-founder
- Randy McMillan – All State Football for North Harford; All JUCO for HCC and All Big East for Pitt; 8 years NFL
- Dick Fordyce – Football coach of perennial National JUCO powerhouse, HCC
- Rob Shek – Bel Air HS; Lax All-American Towson Univ; 2X member of USA lax, World Champion lax 2x
- Thori Staples Bryan – 3X event state champ track JT high school; 3X All ACC soccer; 10 yr Team USA Soccer member
- Alice Hopkins – all IAAM field hockey and tennis John Carroll; 11x State Champion coach Fallston Field Hockey; 2x IAAM champion coach John Carroll
- Phyllis Hemmes – 55-year teacher, state champion coach and AD Bel Air HS and Upper Chesapeake Athletic Association
- Dr Karen Stout – Sun’s 1st athlete of the year to be female; played Field Hockey/softball U of DE; CEO of Achieving The Dream, (network of 300 Community Colleges)
