Researching Military

On Wednesday, May 11^th at 7 pm, Christopher Smithson will present the Society’s monthly Genealogy program on Researching Military History. This is particularly relevant in Harford County with so many connections to Aberdeen Proving Ground and Edgewood Arsenal. The presentation will explain how to seek out records of the military and government service of your ancestors.

The records are found in several different locations with varying rules of access. Learn how and where this information can be accessed and open the door to the heroic records of your ancestors service to our country. This virtual program is free and open to the public.
